CUSTOM P.MARIAH UNIT FORM
Complete this form for your custom unit order with hair provided from my P.Mariah Hair Collection. All closures units are glueless; frontals units are not glueless. Please provide all specific details for your order; for ex. legnths, texture, lace type/size, number of bundles, styling, custom color, etc. You will be contacted directly if I need further details for your order. You will be sent a detailed estimate within 48 hours. You have the options to 'Change,' 'Approve, ' or 'Cancel.' Once the details of your form is confirmed A 50% is required to start your order. All invoices expire after 24 hours, so please be deposit ready when submitting your form.
Frontal Units
If you are purchasing a frontal unit and would like to have it installed by me, you will need to come in for a consultation BEFORE completing this form unless you've received a frontal install by me before. I do not work with small foreheads/low hairlines. If you have a small forehead/low hairline, you can still get a unit made but you'll either have to self install or get another stylist to install it. Custom Color
Upload a picture(s) of the color you’d like. Please note that I do not recreate looks to be exactly the same, you will receive a color very similar. All coloring is custom.
Turn Around Time
Turn around time is typically (4-10 Business Days) Turn around time depends on availability. You can provide your desired pick up or install date below, date and time will be confirmed before any payments are made. For shipping, the date you provide will be the date your unit will be finished by. You'll be provided with the date your order will be shipped on before any payments are made.
Measurements
It's important that I have your accurate measurements, click here to schedule your consultation or visit the booking page to schedule. Virtual consultations to guide you through the process are available if you aren't located in Baton Rouge or are unable to get measured in person. If you've previously gotten a unit constructed by me, your measurements have been saved. If you provide the wrong measurements, your unit will NOT be remade or altered for free, you will be charged a service fee.
Shipping
Your final payment must be paid before your unit is shipped. Once your unit is finished. It will be shipped the next business day. Shipping is USPS Priority (1-3 Business Days)
Return & Refund Policy
Absolutely no returns or refunds! All sales are final, If there are any issues with your unit, contact me directly to have any issues resolved promptly. If you provide inaccurate measurements for your unit, it will NOT be remade or altered for free and CANNOT be returned. You can schedule a virtual consultation for assistance in taking your measurements. All sales and purchases are final.
